October posters on November. This is the Tarpaulin Layout that congratulates the Champion of the Search for the 1st Mindanao Dance Ambassador. This Tarp was supposedly posted at the end of October but was delayed due to errors and miscommunication.
You can see this tarp on the pathway to the New building near the main gate of University of Mindanao Tagum Campus.
